Equipment Upgrades:
- Replacing equipment and vehicles with energy-efficient models, such as:
- ENERGY STAR-rated commercial refrigerators and freezers

- High-efficiency water heaters
Renewable Energy Investments:
- Solar panels

- Geothermal heat pumps
- Fuel-cell technology
