Investing in small businesses goes beyond loans for equipment or leasehold improvements. We work with city leaders and corporate donors to find creative ways to really help businesses take root in their communities and thrive.

Beautification grants and low-interest loans allow local shops, restaurants and service providers to spruce up storefronts, invest in signage and landscaping, and bring curb appeal that will do more than just attract customers. It’s a way to contribute to the overall aesthetic of the community that creates a sense of pride and vibrancy that benefits everyone.

These programs allow business owners to influence their neighborhood identity and take pride in their space.
